    Get Abs Fast with These Tips

    In order to get abs fast you need to start eating right and exercising right. Many people believe that in order to get a great six pack that you need to only do ab exercises.

    Although there are many effective ab exercises to help you get good abs. These should not be the center of your workouts. Instead focus on doing compound movements that work your other muscles.

    Exercises like lunges, squats, and push ups work your abs slightly but more importantly add to your overall physique.

    The other important factor standing between you and six pack abs is proper nutrition.

    Focus on eating healthy natural foods most of the time. And when I say most of the time I mean 90% of the time. The other 10% you can eat junk food if as long as you eat clean for most of the time.

    The kinds of foods you should be focusing on are lean meats, nuts, fruits, and vegetables. These are full of fiber, protein, healthy fats, vitamins, and minerals.

    Protein is great for building six pack abs because it builds muscle and repairs muscle tissue. Fiber is good for your digestive system and keeps your stomach feeling full.

    Some great ab exercises to do in a workout are…

    Hanging Knee Raises – These are done by hanging from a pull up bar with your body straight and then bring your knees to your chest then back down.
    Swiss Ball Sit Ups – Do these by sitting on an exercise ball you feel comfortable with. Then arch back until you are almost facing behind you then forward to take advantage of the full range.

    These are just two great ab exercises that target your abs. But then there are compound movements that should be the main focus of your abs workouts. Some great starters include squats, push ups, and leg curls on a swiss ball.

    These are great for beginners because they build the foundation of your muscles.
