    Eight to ten hours of sleep a day is also an anti aging remedy not hard to do. Most often, people neglect to give themselves appropriate hours to rest and sleep at night.     Spending quality time with the things you love to do is also effective. Some of the activities you can be busy of is to forget some of the difficulties in life. It can also change the mood and the feelings of a person in a positive way.

Feeling good about oneself and looking forward on the betterment of life can help so much in maintaining a youthful glow.
