    LighterLife – My Diet Happiness

    Are you thinking about joining Lighterlife? Or have you already joined?I have, but before I joined, I tried to find out more information about the diet. The Lighterlife website was informative, but if you’re like me you’ll read the testimonials and think – that’s great, but what about those people who found it difficult. This site has been launched to give you the opportunity to talk to other people who are contemplating, or have already joined Lighter Life and share your experiences with others. You can start your own diary to give others an insight into how the diet is working for you, or browse the forums and chat with others.

    Hi all, my first post so please be kind as I only have your best interests at heart !I have been on Lighterlife3 weeks today and have lost 18lbs. I was 13.10 when I started and would like to get to around 10 stone. After day 3 (once the hunger goes) I have found this diet a breeze. I find it amusing to read the reviews stating ‘putting all the weight back on once you finish’, obviously you have just gone back to your old eating habits, otherwise wouldn’t everyone in the world be over weight?!?!?!? It really does make you think about your eating habits/triggers, and if you are happy with the end result, you will take what you learnt on board and not go back to them!! Good luck to you all, let me know how you get on with your diet plan.
