People who experience panic attacks live in constant fear. They know if they have a panic attack, they experience extreme fear, the body functions take over, preventing normal reasons. The final and last step in how to overcome panic attacks, is to confront your fears. GO and face the thing that makes you scared. Once you face it numerous times and realize it won’t hurt you, you will have nothing to fear. Once the fear is conquered, you will be able to go on and never have to worry about it again.
