    High Energy Food

    High energy foods supply the body with an additional energy needed throughout the day. The energy foods diet that should be integrated with the regular food diet which can help us to intake the food that can energize the body. The high energy diet that should be included with our regular diet is as follows. Vegetable should be regularly integrated with our regular diet. At least one vegetable should be included in the diet. Vegetables give our body sufficient amount of energy. The main courses in vegetables that give high amount of energy are sprouts, spinach, asparagus and broccoli. Other than vegetables nuts, yogurt, eggs, fruits and their juices, beans and lentils and different types of seeds should also be included in our main course.Nuts are a great source of energy. It can also be used as a quick snack. The best examples of nuts that provide you the required energy level are almonds, peanuts and soy beans. If we have them regularly the energy level will increase accordingly. Yogurt has vitamin- B, vitamin B helps the body to convert the nutrients that are available in our body to energy. But excess amount of yogurt intake should be avoided as it has lot of fats present in it. Egg is considered to be the best source of energy along with the supply of high amount of protein required throughout the day. But eat just 3 eggs per week and not more than that. Fruits give us vitamin C which helps us to reduce the level of fatigue, which will help you to work throughout the day.
